Your mission
- Take overall responsibility for Retail Experience projects in EMEA
- Together with our CRO, continuously develop the measurability of the cross-channel sales impact of D2C formats on overall performance
- You and your team will help shape the success story of our brands through the conception, implementation, analysis and continuous development of activities such as promotions, shop-in-shops and pop-ups
- Support your team in providing the best possible service to our contacts to keep them up to date and help us achieve our goals together
- Ongoing management of staffing levels in Experience formats to maintain quality and standards
- Manage our clients' budgets and keep an eye on the bottom line to never lose sight of performance
- Work closely with our other retail services to ensure tight integration of services
