Your mission

As a Retail Master Trainer for multiple brands, you deliver high-quality training experiences that drive knowledge, engagement, and brand impact across retail and partner teams:

Deliver advanced in-person, virtual, and e-learning trainings tailored to different audiences, learning levels, and markets
Act as lead trainer for key events, product launches, and strategic partner sessions
Develop and refine training content with your team, adapting complex technical topics into clear, practical use cases
Represent multiple brands authentically, ensuring engaging, brand-aligned trainings
Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages participation and retention
Collect feedback, measure impact, and continuously optimize training formats and materials

Your profile

You are a motivated, communicative individual with a passion for technology and training. Your experience allows you to convey complex topics in a clear manner and engage your audience effectively.

Proven experience in conducting training, ideally in consumer electronics or telecommunications
At least 3 years of experience in training creation
Good understanding and hands-on experience with MS Office, with a particular focus on PowerPoint
Proficiency in using multimedia tools and virtual training platforms
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content with real life examples
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
and training sessions
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
and innovation
Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to travel up to 15% for in-person training and strategic engagements
