Event Operations Lead (all genders)

Your mission

Oversee the execution of the day-to-day activities and logistics for the Demo Spaces in your assigned region, ensuring consistent quality and excellence
Lead training sessions and live demonstrations of XR/AI technologies; oversee regional events and support internal learning initiatives, particularly in the area of public policy
Manage the roll-out of hardware and demo kits across multiple sites and ensure operational readiness for events
Serve as the primary liaison between staff and management, making informed decisions to drive successful business outcomes
Coordinate internal staffing for demo-related engagements, manage on-site teams, provide leadership and conduct performance evaluations as required
Plan and execute events from start to finish, including managing logistics, timelines and stakeholder communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure seamless programme execution and positive impact
Produce reports, share insights and make recommendations to continuously improve event strategy and operational efficiency
Work closely with the Account Team and other cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and enhance the client experience

Your profile

Strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
Proficient in delivering product demonstrations to audiences of varying sizes, both small and large
Ability to foster business relationships and collaborate at multiple levels (internal & customer facing)
Ability to demonstrate patience and tact, and remain calm under pressure during times of change
Strong time management and organisational skills
Proficient in the use of G Suite, MS Office, Keynote and other word processing and presentation software
Ability to exercise good judgement in analysing information, strategic/critical thinking and decision making with minimal direction
Ability to follow processes, procedures and project management techniques
