Installer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with assigned PV installers in your region
Installer Visits
Conduct face-to-face visits with different installers
Consulting & Support
Provide advice on all matters related to Huawei’s solar solutions, products, services, and business opportunities
Training & Events
Organize and deliver training sessions and local events to educate installers on Huawei’s offerings and updates
Communication & Information Transfer
Distribute key information (promotions, product launches, programs) via email to all assigned installers
Partner Program Management
Introduce and promote Huawei’s partner programs, assist with registrations, and explain benefits
Market Intelligence
Collect insights from the field including competitor activity, market trends, and installer feedback
Reporting & Documentation
Submit weekly and monthly reports using Huawei-provided templates, including visit overviews, feedback, and installer data
Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
Winback & Breakthrough Targeting
Identify and reactivate dormant installers or acquire new installers who haven’t worked with Huawei in the last 12 months
