The Product Experience Operations Specialist supports out Meta's experiential and operational initiatives by managing demos, staffing, and event logistics. This hybrid role blends hands-on execution with structured process management, ensuring seamless delivery of Meta’s product experiences across internal and external activations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and comfortable balancing creative problem-solving with operational precision.
Product Experience Management:
Coordinate, set up, and maintain demo environments for Meta’s products and experiences. Ensure all hardware and software are functional, updated, and aligned with current narratives.Product Experience Delivery
Plan, coordinate, and deliver compelling product demonstrations across internal and external activations.
Ensure all demo hardware, software, and environments are updated, functional, and aligned with Meta’s product stories and messaging.
Support technical setup, troubleshooting, and optimization to guarantee best-in-class demo performance.
Gather insights from demos and events to inform future improvements and enhance the overall user experience.Field Operations & Staffing:
Work closely with Regional Operations Manager to align on staffing schedules, onboarding, and communication for external Product Experience Specialist teams and brand ambassadors.Process Optimization:
Develop and maintain streamlined operational workflows, documentation, and tracking systems to improve efficiency and consistency.Budget & Resource Tracking:
Support budget planning, purchasing, and expense reconciliation for demos and events. Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.Event Logistics:
Oversee logistics for activations and events, including travel, materials, setup, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.Training & Knowledge Enablement:
Deliver and support training programs for field and demo staff to ensure consistency, technical proficiency, and brand alignment. Create easy-to-follow playbooks, guides, and briefing materials for new team members and partners.
