You will be responsible for managing one of our retail promotion programs for a leading consumer brand. Together with our promoter team, you ensure that in-store promotions are executed successfully and deliver measurable results.
In this role, you act as the central interface between promoters, retail stores, and our client.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing and coordinating our retail promotion programs across multiple stores
Leading, motivating, and supporting the promoter team in the field
Ensuring high-quality execution at the point of sale (POS) in line with brand guidelines
Analyzing program performance based on defined KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities
Creating structured reports and insights for our clients (weekly / quarterly)
Acting as the main point of contact for our brand partners and maintaining regular alignment
Ensuring smooth operational execution, including issue resolution, promoter replacement, and reporting compliance
