Your mission

As a Retail Sales Specialist you are the face of the brand in-store. You inspire customers with innovative consumer tech products, conduct product demonstrations, and actively support sales in retail.

Through your product knowledge and customer interaction, you ensure that customers experience the products, understand their benefits, and are encouraged to make a purchase.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively approaching customers in-store and inspiring them about the products

  • Conducting product demonstrations and providing customer consultations

  • Supporting product sales and strengthening brand presence in-store

  • Ensuring optimal presentation of the products at the point of sale

  • Documenting your activities and results through a digital reporting system

  • Sharing customer feedback and market insights with the project team

Your profile

You enjoy working with people, explaining products, and presenting yourself in an open and confident way.

Experience & Education

  • Initial experience in sales, promotion, retail, or customer service is a plus

  • Interest in consumer tech products and new technologies

  • Experience in direct customer interaction is an advantage

Skills & Attributes

  • Open, communicative, and service-oriented personality

  • Passion for sales and customer interaction

  • Independent and reliable way of working

  • Confident presence and enthusiasm in customer conversations

  • Basic ability to use smartphones / apps for reporting
