Your mission
As Team Lead Field & Accounts France, you will drive the commercial success of our brands and lead our field team within the dynamic French consumer electronics retail landscape:

  • Leading and developing our field team with a strong focus on sales-driven execution and measurable impact
  • Analyzing store-level sell-out data, stock levels and KPIs to derive clear action plans
  • Ensuring visit planning and target allocation are fully aligned with commercial objectives of the brand and Nonplusultra
  • Driving Retail Growth Management (RGM) initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and sell-out performance
  • Managing selected brands and retailers independently on a sales and marketing level
  • Negotiating placements, marketing activations and growth initiatives with retail partners
  • Managing external agencies or sub-agencies in a partnership-oriented and performance-driven way
  • Ensuring structured and transparent reporting on performance, opportunities and risks
Your profile
  • Strong background in Consumer Electronics with hands-on retail and field management experience

  • Proven track record working with FNAC or Boulanger, ideally with an existing network of store managers

  • Experience in leading and developing remote teams in a supportive, structured and growth-oriented way

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into concrete commercial decisions

  • Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Confident communication and negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments

  • Fluent English skills in both written and spoken communication

  • Willingness to travel within South (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal) and to our HQ in Germany as part of a field-based leadership role
