Your mission
As Team Lead Field & Accounts France, you will drive the commercial success of our brands and lead our field team within the dynamic French consumer electronics retail landscape:
- Leading and developing our field team with a strong focus on sales-driven execution and measurable impact
- Analyzing store-level sell-out data, stock levels and KPIs to derive clear action plans
- Ensuring visit planning and target allocation are fully aligned with commercial objectives of the brand and Nonplusultra
- Driving Retail Growth Management (RGM) initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and sell-out performance
- Managing selected brands and retailers independently on a sales and marketing level
- Negotiating placements, marketing activations and growth initiatives with retail partners
- Managing external agencies or sub-agencies in a partnership-oriented and performance-driven way
- Ensuring structured and transparent reporting on performance, opportunities and risks
